All our orthotics are unique to each individual patient, we do not use prefabricated or library moulds.

Cast Scanning Plaster Casts & Bio Foam
We received our 1st plaster cast and biofoam impressions in 2010.
Since then we have produced thousands of pairs of orthotics from these traditional methods. Most of our customers are still happy to them.
All casts and scans are up loaded and saved electronically through the cast scanning system shown here.

It allows practitioners to take accurate 3 dimensional digital casts of their patient’s feet. The Foot Scan digitally casts your patient’s feet in any position in seconds, dramatically cutting the time normally spent plaster casting and bringing Bio Foam Impressioins to the post office.
